If you're anything like me, then you are probably a highly sensitive, empathic, emotionally intelligent and powerful creatrix. Since I can remember doing anything, I was singing. creating music, writing lyrics and dreaming of being a star on the big stage. I have been using art from such a young age to explore and expand my human and spiritual experience and WOW, I am forever grateful for what I have come to discover.

There is a lot I could share about the Magick of using art to heal and shift through dense energy, however I will explore that deeper in future blogs.

The most valuable thing I have learned as an artist thus far, is the POWER in creativity to heal. Feeling overwhelmed? writing a song about it. Feeling disempowered in your life? Dress up and get your photo taken! Completely shattered from heart break? Scream and cry and then throw together a videography production! It really works! I have used creative expression on many occasions to work through VERY INTENTSE emotions and produce inspiring art that makes my heart and soul happy.

There are endless ways to channel your heavy emotions into art to find peace and that sweet release and satisfaction of honouring yourself.
