Terms & Conditions

By ticking the box provided in the payment gateway, I hereby declare that I understand and agree to these following terms and conditions:

1. Personal Integrity and Archangels Code of Ethics
Archangels is a non-discriminatory, non-judgemental container where all ideas and expressions are welcome.

I understand that Archangels is a container that supports human development and personal transformation; I understand that as a participant I may encounter emotional obstacles and shifts and that emotional wounds may surface in order to be witnessed and healed, and that in these cases I take personal responsibility for my own psycho-emotional processes and journeys.

I understand that the Archangels container is a ‘safe space’ where myself and others can express themselves freely and be received with love, acceptance and understanding.

I acknowledge that If I am unable to be supportive or kind, or if I am triggered by another participants process, I will seek support from Alice, the facilitator and do my utmost to treat each person with respect and kindness.

I understand that any anti-social or socially destructive behavior may result in my non-refundable ‘termination’ from Archangels.

I agree to keep others personal information to myself and will not share personal stories, images or shares from anyone in the group with anyone outside of the group without written or verbal consent.

I agree to not abuse drugs and alcohol for the duration of the course. I understand the difference between abuse and the medicinal/recreational use of drugs and that any external chemical influences may hinder my progress and personal development during Archangels, and may also be disruptive to the group container.

I agree to disclose any relevant medical information to the Facilitator, Alice, including prescriptive medications and relevant psycho-emotional conditions.

2. Archangels content and services (What you will receive from Archangels)

Included in the Archangels online course: eight video tutorials (one per week, including an opening &  a closing ceremony, ) , eight 90 minute group zoom sessions (1 per week), two one-on-one sessions with Alice & guest facilitator, weekly art and ritual practices, a place in the Archangels digital gallery, online support for the duration of the course and lifetime access to the Archangels Content.  

I understand that ‘Discord’ will be utilized to host an ongoing group chat, share course content, important links and announcements. Discord is a free app that is downloadable on all devices. I understand that I will need to download the app and set up my own account in order to be invited to the group channel.

I understand that ‘Zoom’ will be used to host live group and one-on-one sessions. A link for this will be shared in the Discord channel and sent to you via the email you provide upon registration.

I acknowledge that I will receive lifetime access to the Archangels Content. If for some reason I am unable to access the content at a later date, I am free to contact Alice and she will send me another link. I understand that lifetime access to the Archangels course content is only available to those who complete the full duration of the course.

3. Payment for Archangels
I understand that Archangels course fees are $1200 AUD and will be processed through a third party payment gateway, either through Stripe or Paypal, according to my preference.

Payment Options:
1. Pay in Full
2. Pay Weekly
3. Pay Fortnightly
4. Pay Monthly

I understand there are four payments options. The first is to pay in full (1 payment period); pay a weekly direct debit of $150AUD (8 week payment period); a fortnightly direct debit of $300 AUD (4 week payment period) or a monthly direct debit of $600 (2 payment periods).

If I choose to pay with a payment plan, I understand a direct debit will be charged on a recurring basis from the date that I sign up and pay my first installment.  

There is a NON-REFUNDABLE fee of $150 to secure my place in the course. My first installment will include my non-refundable fee of $150.
The course is priced in Australian Dollars.

If my card or payment option changes I understand I have an obligation to update any new payment information, for example, if my card is replaced or expires.

I agree to having all final course fees paid in full before the closing of the course date (November 26th 2022) either by a direct debit plan of my choosing or an alternative agreement made in writing with the facilitator.

 4. Cancellation Policy and Refunds
In the event that I am unable to continue or complete the Archangels course I am to communicate with the facilitator as soon as possible. I agree to work with the facilitator to resolve any emotional or psychological problems that I may be experiencing that might be hindering my capacity to complete the course.

I understand that I will not be refunded for the coursework that I have completed up to the date of my cancellation, however, I understand that I will not have to pay the remainder of the course.

I understand there is a NON-REFUNDABLE fee of $150 to secure my place in the course.

5. Intellectual Property of Archangels
The course material provided in Archangels is solely the IP of Millicent Kruger. It is strictly prohibited for any participant in this course to copy, share, sell, make publicly available or release the digital course content to anyone other them themselves.

6. Course content
I understand the course content (video tutorials) are of a general nature and are not customised to my personal needs, but are a guide for me to explore and expand my own human potential.

I understand the one-on-one sessions will be designed specifically to cater for my own personal growth and development.

7. Third party platform continuity and rules
I understand that the course content will be delivered through a link via Discord and to the email I have provided.

I understand that we will be using the third party chat channel, Discord, to communicate and share ideas, support, important information and links.

I understand that I will be required to download the Discord app, sign up and make an account.

I acknowledge that Discord will have their own term and conditions of agreement, unrelated to Archangels.

I understand I will be using the third party video call software, Zoom, and acknowledge that I do not need to make an account to access this platform, but I can if I choose to.

All third party resources utilized in the course are made freely available.

Archangels is not able to warrant the ongoing continuity of the platforms Zoom, and Discord,  however if all course content and connection is lost across any of the platforms, the facilitator will arrange to have the course content sent to me via another link through an alternative service. If the need arises, an alternative chat room will be established and alternative video conferencing options will be put into place.

8. Privacy
I understand that my personal details, name, email and phone number will be kept private and not sold or shared with a third party.

I agree to receive emails in relation to Archangels course material as well as future offerings from The Unapologetic Artist and Alice Spacedoll.

I agree to have my email added to the Unapologetic Artist Email list.
